In short: Riviera does not collect, store or share your personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Everything you save stays on your iPhone.
This policy explains how the Casino Reslot Riviera app for iPhone ("Riviera", "the app", "we") handles information. It applies to the app and to this website.
Information we collect
None. Riviera has no user accounts and no servers of its own that receive data from the app. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, device identifiers, usage statistics or crash reports.
Your location
If you allow it, the app uses your device's location while you are using it to:
- show casinos near you and the distance to them;
- draw routes from where you are to a casino.
Your location is used on your device only. It is never sent to us and never stored by the app. You can say no, or change the permission at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services. Everything except distances and routes works without it.
Data stored on your device
Your wishlist, the casinos you mark as visited and your app preferences are saved locally on your iPhone. They are not uploaded anywhere. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Maps and routes
Maps and directions are provided by Apple Maps (MapKit). To show a map or calculate a route, your device sends the requested map area and route points to Apple. Apple handles this under its own privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy. We do not receive this information.
If you choose to open a route in Google Maps, or to open a casino's website or phone number, you leave Riviera and that service's own privacy policy applies.
Children
Riviera is intended for adults of legal gambling age in their country. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. Data saved on your device is under your control and is removed when you delete the app.
Changes to this policy
If the app's handling of data changes, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change ships.
